Comments, Complaints or Thank-You Messages


If you have a comment, concern, or would like to file a citizen complaint about a member of the Communications Center, please complete the contact form below. Your message will be reviewed by the Communications Director or the Communications Center Operations Supervisor, and you will receive a response. All complaints are reviewed and investigated. If you request it, we will inform you of the outcome of the investigation.

 

If you would like to thank a staff member or share a positive experience about how your call was handled, please complete the contact form below. We will make sure your message of appreciation is shared with the employee or employees who assisted you.
